The Full Little Box of Truth #2 - YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!

Right before we start this post just a few things to mention! First of all it’s coming out today because I am off to New York tomorrow and there is no way I am stressing in the morning! And because of this there may not be a post next week Wednesday because I travel back that day and who knows what I will be doing that week. I will try and get one out Friday or even Thursday evening depending on how tired I may be. Just to give you the heads up! :) Now onto the post…

Was on that ‘lovely’ website called IMVU yesterday and I was in a chat room with a really good friend. We were talking and somebody randomly comes in and says ‘I’m ugly’ or something a long them lines. Then my friend says ‘You’re beautiful as everyone is’ (don’t quote me Vic but it was a long them lines… right?) and I was like ‘this is going in a new post’ and here we are!

Everyone is beautiful! Whatever you may say or what someone may tell you… you are beautiful. Don’t let haters bring you down, defeat them by spreading your beauty and ignoring them. Wow that really sounded cheesy, forget what I just said and go out there and be positive about yourself.

Inspiring with a difference! :)

Also, if you want to you can read a post I wrote quite a while ago talking about the same thing. It’s another take on it so read it if you wish.

The Full Little Box of Respect #1 – One World Week

So this week has been One World Week and to my understanding it’s where all types’ of faiths come together and celebrate and appreciate each other. I just wanted to say something about it as I did something this week and I wish to share it with you all.

Sunday just gone I did an interfaith walk in my hometown. We went to a Buddhist Temple, a Catholic Church, a Gudwara, a Hindu Temple and some more! It was great getting to experience and visit all these holy places and what made it better was experiencing it with other faith groups!! And it made me think… why can’t it be like this every day? Why can’t we just respect each other daily? There is too much hate in this world for no reason.

All who reads this I want you all to go out there and respect everyone like how you wanted to be respected. Let’s start today and make a new tomorrow… no… start today and make a new future! We can all do it as long as we all put some effort into it!

From today let us be One World! Not just for a week but forever…

The Full Little Box of Thought #1 –Ignoring!

Recently I have been going on this site called IMVU. For those who don’t know what that is, it’s basically a social avatar talking simulator? Search it up and you will know what I mean!

On IMVU they have this feature called ‘Chat Now’ and this is when you are paired up with a random stranger. I have two problems with this but today we are going to be talking about ignoring. I started using the site seven years ago but took a five year break because… I can’t remember actually and I have returned to it this year.

Now my problem is this, I seem to make a really ‘good’ friend and share my story of being disabled and it all goes well. Then next day it’s like, ‘who are you?’ or they don’t even want to talk to me again! That is beyond rude!

How can you be all nice a friendly then ignore me completely? It’s just not right. Say something rude to me, cus my mother etc etc but don’t ignore me. I can literally deal with almost every other type of rudeness but when you ignore me that just gets to me. All I am trying to say is don’t ignore people because you probably wouldn’t like it if someone did it too you. Unless they are rude to you in the first place then you can ignore them! I will let you off for that reason…

The Full Little Box of Truth #1 – LAUGH!

Well this post is about…

Unfortunately, it’s not about cute babies laughing but it is about laughing. Here is a short personal story about laughing.

Recently, I went to Birmingham which is a 2hr drive from where I live and I struggle with long car journeys as I get severe leg pain. Going there was okay surprisingly but coming back was hard. I kept moving left and right but nothing was helping.

Until a song came on and it was so random it made me laugh and then it made my friend laugh. Then we started dancing to it and before you knew it we were home!

I guess it true when they say that ‘Laughter is the best Medicine’ because there is proof! I’m not saying that laughter cures everything but it cures somethings. Being miserable or if you really need to be distracted by something e.g. pain, really helps if you laugh.

Just smile, laugh and be happy! Life is to short…
